Transferring mail folders between mail accounts - can it be done?

I'm running several of my domains through the zoho mail and wanted to know if there is a way to transfer mail folders between mail accounts?  I have clients who accidentally email my personal account and I'd like for all the messages to be in my business email and not my personal.

Please advise if its possible, or a known work-a-round.
