Translating custom fields

Hi,

We are starting to use Zoho, (and loving it), and have both English and French users. Is there a way of creating custom fields which show laguage dependent labels? I.e, when the user's laguage preferences are set to French show the French labels and when they are set to English show the English. The data would of course be identical in both.
