I'd like to hear from other users of Zoho Desk, how you have setup your Home Page to create better navigation on your support process.
I'd like to include a navigation treeview directly in my custom content on the home page, however Zoho support tells me I am not allowed to use script. Therefore I cannot embed a treeview onto the widget, because it requires the Script, HTML and css to complete the task. This limits us to having a clunky text only home page that doesn't allow the customer to quickly jump to information they would like to see.
Has anyone come up with a way to get around this? Any creative ideas of how to present?
