Trial Ends 2 Days

HI guys,

Got an e-mail today stating that my Trial ends in two days. For some reason when I joined up I thought there was a free version? At current we are paying for extra records per years 10,000.

My company is using Zoho Creator 'Form' for a current promotion - so we don't want it to expire during.

It stated for us to move to a paid subscription. I've logged into my account and searched high and low for this subscription part of the site - where it state it's in the top right hand side of the screen.

Any help or direction on this one as we need to get it sorted asap.
