Hi,
According to this page
The Trials subscriptions should be marked as canceled.
I have been doing testing prior to launch and I have a few test accounts that were setup 30~ days ago and today I get email saying they have been billed/ invoice. My expectation was they would be canceled and not invoiced.
I reviewed the subscriptions in question in the Zoho.sub and I don't see any payment info on the accounts. However they are set to Due on Receipt which I believe is the default as there is no payment info on the account.
It was my understanding that we could created the subscriptions in Zoho, those could be in trial and when the trial was over, if the customer had no paid, by providing credit card info, the subscription would be disabled. Is there a setting I missed because there is no mention of a setting or other requirements in the page I referenced at the top.
We are adding the subscriptions to zoho via the API. If there is some slightly different config we should be sending to zoho, I would be happy to know it.
Here is a screen shot of a sub I created yesterday. Please let me know what changes we should make so that trials are disabled if there is no payment info.
