We want to remind our salespeople to update a contact's information when they look up (ie view) their record in Zoho. I see that this may be achievable using client script, but can it be done in the standard contact view screen?

Is there any way to trigger a pop-up dialogue, or, failing that, to create a task or trigger a function (ie. this could create a task).

Any suggestions on how we can achieve this?
