Workflow trigger not working with Zoho Forms
Hi there,
I'm utilizing Zoho Forms to create a custom module in Zoho called "Discovery". It's working as expected.
On this "Discovery" I have a field with a drop down with the options of Yes or No. If that field is Yes, a case should be created.
It is not being triggered.
It is not being triggered.
TESTS
1) I tested this workflow by submitting information via the Zoho form and selecting Yes in the field. No case was created.
2) I manually created a Discovery from the Account record and selected Yes in the field. A case was created.
This leads me to believe that the workflow is working but something is being passed from the form that is not triggering the workflow.
