Triggering a follow up email to a lead after a reply is received to the first email
Hi
My scenario:
Lead comes in via webform
Lead sent email 1 asking them to reply in order to verify their details.
Upon receipt of the reply to email 1, email 2 is then sent advising that provisioning is under way
My question:
How can I best achieve this in Zoho CRM?
I would like to trigger email 2 based on the reply to email 1 being received but I saw a recent post indicating that the functionality doesn't exist. What is your recommended method for achieving my outcome?
