Triggering an event (e.g. sending mail, creating a task) upon reception of an email from Lead or Contact associated to potential

Hello Zoho Team,

I am convinced having seen somewhere in Zoho CRM a parameter such as when "New Email sent" (or something similar) that coud be used to trigger events such as the creation of a tasks or the sending of an email.

Have I dreamed or does that exist? If it does, then where can I find it? If not, then when will it be implemented?
