Is there a way to do this in Zoho CRM? From what I can see, the level of granularity set for when a workflow will fire is at a very generic level (Create, Create/Edit, Delete). I would really like to tell the workflow engine to initiate the rule when a specific field is changed (from any value to any other value)
As a corollary, is it possible to trigger the workflow based on a specific state transition (e.g. in a picklist, I modify the value from a particular value to another particular value)
