I am trying to add a user to ZohoCRM and have received the following error message...
Sorry, the user can't be reinvited again, as he/she is already an user in a CrmPlus account.
This particular user is a former employee so they once had a ZohoCRM account that was deleted when we Suspended their Google Apps account. When I look through my users in ZohoCRM I do not find this person in any of the categories: Active, Inactive, Unconfirmed, or Deleted.
Can anyone provide any suggestions for how to add this user?
