I have just installed the Zoho Mail Add On in CRM. I have followed the instructions however when I go to admin, there is no option to select profiles, and as a result, I cannot change the settings so the Email tab shows in the tab bar. I have the administrator account but still can't seem to get it to appear.
I have changed the settings for Accounts, Potentials, Leads etc to view emails as per the instructions.
Additionally, I activated my email account in CRM, and then headed over to Zoho Mail to configure the POP3 account. I plugged in my incoming and outgoing servers info etc, and then attempted to send an email, only to get the following:
Unable to connect SMTP server:mail.m.iinet.net.au Reason:Authentication failed
I am certain however I am using the correct password (as I have copied all the relevant info from my current email account settings with Thunderbird on my desktop).
Any suggestions or help is much appreciated.
