Hello All,
I used a trial of the free Zoho CRM plan and to test its capabilities and now I want to upgrade my account. While on the free trial, I added two other users to my account to see how that would work. However, now I want to deactivate those two users so I'm not paying for users that I'm not going to use. I was able to deactivate one of the two, yet the second, who is listed as an administrator, does not have the option to be deactivated. Unfortunately, I no longer seem to have the option to change the user's role.
Any suggestions? I'd really rather not pay for 2 users when I only really need 1.
