Trouble for users logging into their Zoho CRM accounts through Google Apps link

Trouble for users logging into their Zoho CRM accounts through Google Apps link

I added an account to my Zoho CRM and than when I go to the Google Apps email page and click more...

But the user receives a message stating that they do not have permission.  I check their account and everything checks out.  They are active and validated.

Any ideas on what's going on?
