Trouble migrating email from Network Solutions

Trouble migrating email from Network Solutions

I have not been able to migrate my old emails from my Network Solutions account to a new zoho account. I only need to migrate one account, steve@macdow.org  

 Here is what I am putting in:

Migration Name: Network Solutions
Migration Protocolo: IMAP
Server Type: Other
Server Name: mail.macdow.org
Server port: 143
Max Connection Limit: 1


Source User Name:   steve@macdow.org
Source Password: **********    (Network Solutions email account password)
Destination email address:   steve@macdow.org
Priority: 1

I run the migration, and runs for an hour or so and says complete. However, when I click on the account, it says that there was no data to transfer. I have tried it as both IMAP and POP. 

There must be something obvious I am missing. Can someone point it out for me?
