Trouble seeing to the end of the window when adding an email account

Trouble seeing to the end of the window when adding an email account

I'm trying to add another POP3 email account, and i can scroll within the incoming server details window, and press "test account" then go to outgoing mail servers and there isn't a scroll bar to see to the bottom to press "ok" or whatever is there. Even when I tab to the next field it doesn't scroll down, I press enter and cross my fingers it doesn't work..
I'm doing this on a Mac 13inch... not sure if that comes into it or not.
