About a year ago I used Zoho mail briefly for a company I was looking to start up as a side venture to a company I already have. We are in the process of rebranding and growing my main company now and we're going to use Zoho.
I tried to clear out all references to the prior domain, which is unaffiliated with my main company, and load in the new brand while setting up my email.
As a SuperAdmin I've been successful at deleting the prior domain however as a user I still see myself logged in under the prior domain. Even when I login using an incognito window using the new domain and receive a two factor authentication under the new email address I'm still logged in as a user under the old domain that should no longer exist.
When I try to add the new email address/domain via the email settings it is not available.
Please help. What am I doing wrong or is this a bug with zoho that needs to be fixed?
I'm happy to provide more information if necessary. We're working to become major zoho clients.
