I am trying  to migrate from Godaddy POP account to Zoho.  

I have tested with one account. Not all email are copied over and the emails which are copied are deleted from godaddy. Only 18 of 71 emails were copied. 

I want to keep backup of the emails in godaddy until all the accounts are successfully copied.

What I am missing here ? 

My account doesn't have IMAP access. 

Also, Can I transfer via  eml backup taken in Thunderbird ?

Let me know. This is a very urgent thing.
