Trouble with project template editing
Hi,
I tried to call customer support, but I couldn't get through. I have a few problems with editing project templates and I'm stuck.
First, when creating a new project template, it says 'You have already created 20 active template(s) as per your Enterprise plan!'. However, with our plan this shouldn't be the case. I Litteraly have only 2 templates listed.
Second, after I deleted an old project and created a new one (which worked..), I got a second problem. When I want to enter the Bug Settings screen, it says I don't have permission and should contact my admin. However, I am the admin.
I hope someone can help me.
