Trouble with setting up zoho mail

Hi,

I have my site on a VPS but my domain name is hosted with a different registrar.

Can anyone tell me the exact steps how to set up the zoho mail?

I have added the MX records to my domain name. Do I need to add anything on my VPS's DNS management options?
