True Historical (History) Activities Listed Under CRM Accounts?
It is extremely frustrating to manage historical activities within an account record. Under "Closed Activities", there is the option to sort by "Due Date". Unfortunately, this "Due Date" only applies to "Tasks" and doesn't apply to "Events" or "Calls.
It would be quite beneficial to have the ability to look up an Account, navigate to "Closed Activities" and see true historical data in reverse date order.
When a client/customer calls and tells a manager he hasn't had contact with his rep for months, it would surely help if the manager could quickly look up the account and know whether the rep made a Call, Sent an Email, had a Meeting/Event or some other related Task. The way the system works now, the manager has to scroll through all the "Closed Activities" and see what has transpired. Unfortunately, Calls and Events don't have dates associated with them and you can't tell when they happened. One has to manually add a date to the description to see the Event/Call date in the list of closed activities.
Could Zoho, please create a History tab or area that would include every activity or record change associated with an account?
