Trusted emails going into Spam, 3rd Request!
I inquired about this twice in the last 24 days but have not yet had a response. Please advise.
Within the last two months emails from trusted sources have been incorrectly going into my spam folder despite being in my email whitelist. The senders are using zoho accounts, and are sending around 2 emails a week or less from within the same network. This has not been a problem until recently, and now we are having to check both inbox and spam for important emails.
