Trying out VO: Installing via command line fails?

Trying out VO: Installing via command line fails?

Hi, we're interested in Zoho Virtual Office; by far the best collaboration suite we've found. I downloaded the .bin file, and I am trying to install it on our Redhat 9 server. I ran the commands copy-pasted from the installation README, but here's what I get when do that (I'm trying to install to /opt):

Any suggestions? This is for a leased dedicated server to which I do not have any physical access.
