trying to access CRM Variables with JS SDK

i built a widget with Sigma, i create CRM VARIABLES in custom properties.
I try to access them in function :
ZOHO.embeddedApp.on("PageLoad",function(data)
with :
ZOHO
.
CRM
.
CONFIG
.
getVariable
(
"
mycrmvariable
"
).
then
(
function
(
data
)
{
console
.
log
(
"
mycrmvariable
:

);
}
);
But always return nothing
Note that if i use a deluge function it works (on install action for instance)
value = zoho.crm.getOrgVariable("mycrmvariable");
info "The value of the custom variable, mycrmvariable, is " + value;
