Trying to add mailing list signup for to Facebook
Is there any way to reset the reset the Facebook Campaign integration so I can start over? I was able to get my Zoho account associated with my Facebook page, but I think I needed to give access to all the permissions, because I left one deselected (off) which was something to do with Zoho having the permission to read user posts.
Anyway, when I tried to do "Add the Signup Form to Your Facebook page tab," I got an error message saying "Publish Failure unable to process your request." I was unable to add those permissions via Facebook's Business Intergrations section, I only had the option to remove existing permissions. So I removed the Zoho integration and tried to start over in Zoho re-integrating it with Facebook, but I am no longer given the option to go through the integration process.
Can this be reset in some way so I can try again?
