We are trying to add a new employee user account to the CRM system.
Our company email is hosted by zoho.
We can create a user account, but are asked for an email address. We can enter the one we want to use, but that is not yet set up in zoho mail, and we therefore cannot verify the account.
Have tried approaching the mail account first, creating that then trying to create a CRM user linked to it, but really getting in a pickle and not able to find a successful resolution.
How should be we doing this?
