Trying to add new user - Zoho won't display roles to select from and therefore won't allow new user

Trying to add new user - Zoho won't display roles to select from and therefore won't allow new user

I have just setup a new subscription for 4 users.
I am now trying to add the other 3 users.

When I fill in the new user details, I cannot select a role.
I have defined 3 roles. But Zoho is not displaying any to choose from and doesn't allow me to enter.

Therefore I am unable to add users.

Help....
