Trying to add secondary email but error that it exists already

Hello I am trying to add a secondary email of inspector1@eliterealestateinspectors.com to my account for tiffanylgreen@gmail.com. I am getting an error saying "email address already exists". When I initially create the CRM for Elite, I used the inspector1 address then I deleted it and added tiffanylgreen@gmail.com so I could authenticate to my google account. Is that address stored somewhere else. I don't see it associated any longer.
