Trying to cancel my subscription

I've been trying to get someone to assist me in cancelling my account for two weeks and I can't get anybody to help me.
When I go to the help section, it directs me to "business" to cancel my account, but when I go there, there isn't any directions for low-tech users like me to end my relationship with Zoho.
