trying to change mx record.. example on zoho shows 2 records, only one on my host

My domain host is bluehost. I am trying to change the mx record. There is only one line showing, but the example in the zoho help shows two lines ( http://www.zoho.com/mail/faq.html#q4) also on bluehost there is an extra space not shown on the zoho help.... the "Host Record." Do I need to change that?

So far I can't get this working. The domain is verified and I have the user accts set up. I seem to be stuck on this step so thanks for any help.
