Trying to Create a Rule with an alert that send a template e-mail to Lead:e-mail
I an starting using the Rules of Zoho CRM and saw a video of zoho in youtube that show that we can creat an alert to send and e-mail do the lead email.
But, in my CRM there is no way to choose LEad:e-mail in the alert configuration.
Why is this happening?
