Trying to Create imap Account

I have tried to do this with Outlook 2003 and Thunderbird with no luck. Outlook 2003 says unable to connect to the server and in Thunderbird it tells me wrong username or password. I use a password manager and when I log in via webmail it works like a charm but when I try create an imap account in Outlook or Thunderbird it does not work. I have also tried manually typing in the password and username still does not work. Thunderbird will come back with the right host server, port, and ssl but tells me wrong username or password.

Any help will be appreciated.
