SO I just want to test this out before I buy. I try to dod a simple email test and email myself a letter.
Works easily enough but when i get the email, the return address has my Zoho Username as the sender. I don't want my customers seeing my username. I want it to show my name or "SALES" or plenty of other possibilities. Why does it make sense to anyone that my Username should be the sender. Simply leave it as my email address at the least.
Is there some way to change what name appears as a sender?
Thanks. If there is a fix I'm interested. If there is no fix then I'm moving on to some other CRM.
