Trying to end the calendar madness - I need help

Here is my situation. I have a hunch it is similar to the story that many other users have. I may be repeating several things from different threads, but I have yet to see any thread consolidate everything into one.

  • At work I must use MS Outlook because of shared calendaring.
  • I currently use Google Calendar to share my schedule with family.
  • Our company has an Enterprise subscription to ZCRM and I have events and tasks that show up in the ZCRM calendar. I do not currently use the Zoho Calendar app for work - only the ZCRM calendar
  • I have a personal Zoho account with a different user name than my work user name. I currently do not use a calendar in this account, but I am willing to dump the Google calendar in favor of this Zoho calendar.
  • I have an android phone with android 2.2 operating system.

Here is what I want to be able to do:

I want to be able to enter, modify, view or delete calendar, task and contact information in any calendar and have it show up in all other calendars without duplicating entries. I want this to happen seamlessly and automatically. ( I am somewhat lazy at times)

I am willing to dump the Google Calendar and replace it with Zoho Calendar if that makes it easier.

Can someone tell me if this is possible. And if it is - HOW do I do this?
