I am trying to import opportunities from Dynamics 365 and I am having the following problem in all the registers:

"Could not find a matching parent record for this lookup field. - Account ID"

I have exported accounts from already created ones in Zoho and copy the Account id in order to have the zoho code, for instance: 

Can support help me with that?
