Trying to receive password reset for admin account

Hi there,

I have lost the password to  admin@atsgroup.co.za
There wasn't another secondary email linked to the account.

So I have changed the MX records to point back to my hosting so that I can receive this password reset link.
I have tried to request the change and it says the reset link has been sent to this email - but I don't receive it. The fact that I have access to the email address admin@atsgroup.co.za proves that I am the admin.

Please can you send me a password reset to this admin@atsgroup.co.za email so I can take back control of my fantastic ZOHO Account.
