Hi, we have a custom domain setup in Zoho mail (eg. ourdomain.com).
We want to use the inbound filter rules to find specific incoming emails, and send an auto-response. So we are using the "Custom Function" feature to try to do this.
in the custom function we are using the "sendmail" function provided by Zoho.
Here is the issue: the sendmail function seems to send all messages from usermail.zohodeluge.com and as a result it appears to be SPAM as it is not lining up properly with our SPF/DKIM/DMARC rules for sending mail from our domain.
We setup the dns records as recommended by zoho when setting up our domain for email on zoho mail, but this doesn't seem to enable sending via the sendmail function.
Can you help guide me on what we need to change to make this work? If we update our TXT records on our DNS to allow deluge to send the mail is this possible? What would the settings be?
