trying to setup email through zencart

trying to setup email through zencart

I'm using zencart for my website, in the email options I have my email listed here. I have smtp.zoho.com setup as my email host. And port listed, I've tried 25 and 465. My password that I listed is the one needed here for my email. When I try to send email it says cannot be sent. Cannot connect to smtp host.
Any advice would be great.
