We're using your free version currently. Trying to synch our Zoho email accounts with the Zoho CRM. Can't seem to make it work. I went into Setup>Email in the CRM and added my email address. But when I test it by sending emails to and from a test lead, no emails appear in the lead record.

Can you help?
