Trying to upgrade to Standard Edition Reports - not working
Hi There,
Please can you check my Zoho reports subscription. I have entered my credit card details to upgrade to the paid version - in order to get the advanced analytics -
I have received the invoice - but when I go to reports - It still says I need to upgrade to a paid version.
I have actually done this twice. Will my credit card be billed twice now?
