Trying to use gmail to access zoho email account

Trying to use gmail to access zoho email account

I use zoho for my company email address.

I use gmail to manage other email accounts and have tried to set up my zoho account as a POP 3 account on gmail.  I have followed the instructions on zoho website - used my email name@companyname.com.au and used the incoming server as poppro.zoho.com and Port 995 with SSL (and ticked SSL box on gmail) and used my zoho password (as per zoho instructions)

Each time I do it i get this error from gmail

Server returned error: "Authentication failed"

Any assistance on what I am doing wrong would be great.
