I have set up MX records with my DNS site (Domainsite.com) I have also added a 'user' (another email using my domain name.) to the Zoho mail account.
The User Details screen in Zoho shows the original user (from when I first set up) and that's not shown as active... the new user I added IS shown as active, but I can't receive e-mails for either user, and I don't have the option to send using the e-mail address of either user.
Is this all due to the MX records not being active yet? How can I check with certainty whether there is something I've not done?
