Tuning Zoho mail

Just joined and not sure how to do this:-

all the emails received in my inbox I would like to forward to another email address.

Jargon defeats me, so not sure how to set that up.

please assume I'm an idiot *LOL*, but its easy to get lost in a load of incomprehensible options.

believe it or not technofear is still alive and well !

Any thoughts very welcome !
