Zoho CRM data backup can be configured for "Twice a month". As a user, you expect that your important data is backup twice a month. In fact NO. Zoho will execute your backup every two weeks BUT if a certain month you are unfortunate to have a third backup, then Zoho will simply STOP ALL FUTURE BACKUPS without warning you.
Example: July 2022. Backup configured on 02/07/22 (Saturday) to be twice a month: First backup on 02/07/22. Second backup on 16/07/22. Your subscription gives you two backups per month. But unlucky enough, July 2022 has 5 Saturdays, so the next backup would be on 30/07/22, but when this happens, THIS AND ALL FUTURE BACKUPS are cancelled, until you manually restart them.
