My company is about to make a huge purchase involving Twilio. 

We're wondering the extent (and ease with which) this would integrate with Zoho CRM. We're also really eager to hear from other people who use Twilio as their primary means of messaging their Zoho contacts. Any helpful resources and other things of the like would be very welcome too.
