No view exists in the modules that can be created which joins the Activities (Calls) and Leads/Contacts modules so that we are able in only one single screen to see who needs to be called, what kind of call it is, and then actually call them. Reports has a view but you cannot click to call. LAME

When you click to call a small window opens up in the bottom right of the browser. THE ONLY FIELD PROVIDED TO ENTER INFO AFTER THE CALL IS DESCRIPTION. That's fucking useless. So I have to close the call window, navigate to the contact, scroll and edit that particular call, and ONLY THEN can I enter the data in the remaining fields. LAME.

We are NOT ABLE to add fields to the Call module, and there are few field values we can change. THERE IS NO FIELD FOR CALL DISPOSITION so we cant know if a call was complete or not, and WE CANT EDIT THE CALL DURATION after the call. LAME.

In sum:

- There is no way to know who is scheduled for a certain type of call and actually call them on the same page

- There is no way to indicate or know if a call was completed or not. I cant produce an accurate report that shows how many completed calls I made

- There is no way to complete a single call disposition without having to go to various screens and click multiple items

- There is ALMOST NO ABILITY to customize the Call module other than changing a values in the existing fields. You cant even rearrange the layout
