I have problem receiving two factor authentication codes to my phone. Voice call is also not working.

I have two accounts. One account is protected with two factor  authentication. It worked well but now I don't have access to my main account for several days.

My main account is info@crystalsecurity.eu

Can you please turn off two factor authentication so I can just log in to my account with password.
