Two factor authentication problem

Two factor authentication problem

I turned on two factor auth (fingerprint) but never received the system sms's on my phone when it requested to swipe my print. Luckily i have some backup codes.
So I decided to turn off two factor auth, but in order to do so I need to confirm using oneauth on my phone - but I don't get the notifications sent to my phone.
So I can't sign in (without backup codes), and I can't turn off two factor auth. WTF.
