I recently reenabled my SalesIQ subscription, and for whatever reason I now have two chat windows that are entirely different instances. The X button is also now two buttons layered on top of one another, how does this happen???

I have no idea what to do, I've searched online, made forum posts, and have gone through all available settings to no avail.
