1) We have an account that's configured in Microsoft Outlook in 4 computers as POP. The problems is that just one of those computers gets all the incoming emails and the other 3 don't, the weird part is that if someone logs in the web those emails are in the server, but they don't sync with outlook.

2) The other issue we've experienced is that supposely after 7 days messages should be deleted from the server, but they remain there. I checked the configuration and everything correct. Any ideas on how to solve the problem?
